How to deal with performance anxiety in meetings?

1.work on your perfectonism.....2.dont give out  the total power over your intrisic,internal  values 3.what is the worst outcome? 4.relaxation,meditation. 5. visualisation with positive(outcome) scenarios instead catastophization!

Thanks for your answer Andre! Those are great points to deal with performance anxiety in meetings. In addition, I would recommend that you practice how you would answer possible questions that may come up in the meeting. I agree that visualization without catastrophizing is an effective way to deal with performance anxiety. There are several relaxation techniques that you can use to relax before a meeting.
