Yes, aerobic exercise is helpful for anxiety. Aerobic exercise is also known as cardio, and it is an extended physical exercise, such as seen in walking, jogging, swimming, and biking. Aerobic exercise releases natural endorphins which give you a natural high. Studies have shown that aerobic exercise is effective for anxiety as an adjunctive treatment to primary treatments.
