The prognosis for OCD (obsessive compusive disorder) is poor if you don't seek treatment for it. OCD lasts a long time, and even if you recover from it, most will have a relapse and a return of symptoms. Fortunately, there are effective treatments such as CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) and treatment with medications such as SSRIs (selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors) or SNRIs (serotonin norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors).

However, if you want alternative, natural, and self-reliant treatments for OCD, then you can consider obtaining Anxiety Protocol, an anxiety self-help book, and KalmPro, an anxiety natural supplement. Please visit the rest of AnxietyBoss.com for more information and help on OCD.
