Vitamin deficiency is not the cause of nervousness. Nervousness is based on your temperament, and the way you think and behave. Nervousness can also be part of an anxiety disorder, which is a mental disorder caused by brain dysfunction based on fear circuits. The anxiety disorder may be causing you to eat less healthy, so for your overall physical health, this is not good. Once your anxiety is treated, you may find that you eat better and are better nourished, further contributing to you overall good physical health. But taking vitamins is not a cure for nervousness or anxiety.
