When you get stressed out, you get irritable, easily angered, low energy, appetite problems, sleep problems, muscle tension, increased heart rate, increased blood pressure, muscle tremors, fatigue, sweating, poor concentration, poor performance, and digestive problems. When you get stressed out, your stressors overwhelm your capacity to cope with it. The only ways to not be so stressed out is to decrease your stressors, improve your coping skills, or both of these.
