If your friend has anxiety, then there are ways you can help. If your friend is in high school, then you can help by directing them to their school counselor. If your friend is in college, then you can also direct them to their respective school counselor or campus counseling center. If your friend is an adult, then you can direct them to see their family doctor or a therapist.
While your friend is waiting to see a counselor or their doctor, they can start to see how much anxiety they have by taking the anxiety test. This anxiety test will also help them by suggesting initial treatments to start the process of eradicating their anxiety.
