Hello Doctor..I saw your youtube channel today and I found your video very helpful ..I am suffering from panic disorder and agoraphobia since last 3 years due to these I dun have any friends and social life..I am really seeking some sort of help on this as i cannt take it anymore..m just turned 25 and i really wanna live ma life ..but anxiety has ruined it all..I would like to have some help Sir as here in India i am not able to get any proper help and support..please Sir save me from this panic disorder
