Hello Dr. Carlo...I need your help. I need you to recommend a medication for me for anxiety and depression. I am presently taking escitalopram 20mg for the last six months. I don't see any improvement in my mood or anxiety. What do you recommend? I'm a mess from all the work stress I've been put through.
