I tried propranolol for stage fright and it's very effective but it gives me erectile dysfunction. Benzos produce me focus, concentration and memory problems. I also tried nebivolol but it didn't helped with the hand and voice tremors. My doctor suggested I try atenolol but I think I'll have the sexual problems again. I read that prazosin can help too but it isn't available in my country. Is there another alternative?
