I have had had depersonalization for a long time now. Is there any way I can recover or is it permanent?

What does this mean? What disorders make it untreatable? I think mine stems from OCD.
Depersonalization is just a symptom. To make it go away, you have to treat the underlying problem. So if it is from OCD, then that should be the focus of treatment.
