Is Trazodone effective in combination with SSRI drugs when it comes to depressive-anxiety disorder?
Do these drugs get into unwanted interactions? Do they work on the same receptors?

Trazodone is mainly helpful for insomnia. It can be combined with SSRIs, but there is a risk for serotonin syndrome with the combination. The other rare side effect is priapism.
