...be highly structured, a perfectionist, and be overcontrolling, They focus on being detailed-oriented to the point that the original goal of the activity is lost. Their focus on order, perfection, and control leads to inflexibility, judgmental stance towards others, and inefficiency.

People with OCPD (obsessive compulsive personality disorder) tend to be workaholics, at the expense of having fun. But their focus on things being perfect is the reason why they don't complete tasks and projects. This makes them inefficient, as nothing really gets done...just a bunch of busy work for no real output. It's like they are spinning their wheels, and make for bad employees.

People with OCPD also tend to be very frugal and very judgmental. They are stubborn, controlling, and can only do things their way, and insist that others do things their way. They are only concerned about their own beliefs and thinking, and ignore the perspective of others.
