People with OCPD (obsessive compulsive personality disorder) tend to be workaholics, at the expense of having fun. But their focus on things being perfect is the reason why they don't complete tasks and projects. This makes them inefficient, as nothing really gets done...just a bunch of busy work for no real output. It's like they are spinning their wheels, and make for bad employees.
