Can stage fright be cured?

Stage fright (performance anxiety) has no cure, but it certainly can be treated to the point where your anxiety symptoms are drastically reduced and you are able to perform in front of an audience. The treatment of choice is CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy). The following video discusses how stage fright develops, and how CBT treatment can help:
