Many of you asked how to get immediate anxiety relief. Follow these two videos, and you can get some anxiety relief very fast. Try to set aside some time during the day in a quiet place to practice. You might want to start out splitting the exercises up throughout the day.
The first video is on Progressive Muscle Relaxation. It might take some time to initially get used to it, you might feel like it’s completely useless, and won’t do anything. What you have to do is push through the desire to not do it. The exercise will help you lower your overall tension and stress levels.
People with anxiety are usually more tense, and you might not recognize how much your muscles are actually clenching throughout the day. Many people with anxiety do not even know what being truly relaxed feels like because of all the burden placed on your body. Doing these exercises can help you to realize what being relaxed feels like, and when you are actually relaxed vs when you are tense.
When you’re anxiety it’s important to know how to properly breathe. You might feel like you’re out of breath, and your breathing becomes fast paced. Breathing is something that you must learn how to control and get a hold of. Proper breathing when you have anxiety can work wonders.
These aren’t just fast methods to help treat anxiety, but they are also long term. The more you do them the better you will get at them, and the more invaluable they become. These exercises are only the tip of the iceberg, and much more is needed if you want to treat your anxiety. My book Anxiety Protocol goes into great detail, and uses the most proven methods to actually treat anxiety.
I also highly recommend you check out KalmPro, an all natural anxiety supplement. KalmPro combined with the Anxiety Protocol is a great 1-2 combo.
